New OME Heavy's or Trim Packers up front - ARB"ing"

My tax refund arrived, so Merry Christmas to me. I am finally putting on an ARB, winch, and lights upfront. However, my lift is currently the OME medium duty 2.5 - front and back. Today, w/o the bumper, I have a little rake, which is fine. Once I drop the bumper and winch, I am afraid, I am going to have a "stinkbug effect". So... recommendations - trim packers (25mm) or just replace the front springs with Heavy's?

If I replace the fronts, I will have a set of Mediums for sale .

I'd go to the heavies and not fuss with trim packers, you want something that is going to handle the load as well, not just adjust for the stink bug.

OME offers "trim packers" (not fudge packers) that are 1.25" thick. If you do a search there is a great guy by the name of Joe who can make a set of CNC aluminum spacers. I had to bite the bullet and go packers due to a money crunch, and because I had them sitting in the garage. Rollingmediums in the front with ARB and right on balance. Winch to be installed later, but hanging it on the bumper made little difference. Springs are definitley best, but the aluminum spacers would work well I think.

ARB bull didn't make much difference in height in my case, with 861s. Less than 1/2" IIRC. Try by standing on the bumper, measure, and interpolate.
