This particular PN is for certain 3B engines (with inline IP).... could probably be used for other Diesel engines as well.

[Diesel noob: mistook what I thought was my sedimenter for a different version of fuel filter and primer pump. Have learned I have a rotary pump on my BJ73 3B, which is slightly rarer[?] and appears on the JPN import models.]

You may have a 3B-II. I think those had the rotary pump and a different color block. Some other things were also different so go idea to find out if you have one since parts differences can be annoying after an order from Japan... Ask me how I know!
