new noise behind dash

i recently noticed a new noise. it is coming from behind the tach area in the dash. i only hear it when the rpm's are above 1,000 and when i'm not pressing on the accelerator. it a beeee, low volume sound, that goes away as soon as i press on the accelerator. should i be concerned? i don't remember hearing it before i lifted my 62.

I also have a funny "behind the dash" bee like sound that only happens above 1500 rpm. I was thinking that it's probably a resonance issue with some of the wiring or other stuff back there.

check the speedo cable, grease it up when you take it off, just to make sure, mine did the same thing,. then i fixed it, haha....ahh quiet at last
