My name is Rob, I am 52 years old, from The Netherlands and I am new on this forum.
Since a few months I own a Land Cruiser 100 4.2 TD from 1999. It has traveled the world already and is just back from an 15 months 80.000 km trip to Iraq, Iran, Mongolia with its previous owners. It prepared for overlanding amd has an Old Man Emu suspension and 33”s. The total mileage is 435000 kms.
I made some small adjustments like the bumpers and all the stuff on the roofrack.
I’ll use it for overlanding trips in summer and winter throughout Europe and North Africa. Especially in the mountains
I have owned several Land Rovers and G-wagons and have done quite some preparing and overlanding already.
I enjoy reading the forum and maybe I’ll have some questions in the future too.
