So, just traded my 2013 loaded Taco for a 2002 100 series with 195k on it this weekend. Everyone I know (except my wife) thinks I've lost my mind. I thought so too about 7:00 this morning.
In short, the immobilizer system on the LC kicked in. Engine turned over but wasn't about to start. I had it running again by 9:00 this morning thanks to this most excellent forum. Cost me a couple of hours in the office, but didn't spend a dime to fix it (turned out the EFI fuse was corroded). I would have never thought to look at the fuse had it not been for advice I found here.
