I didn't even know this section existed. Very cool.

Well, I installed the new LV carpet kit from SOR and figured you guys might like to see it. I've owned my LV since August and the motor, brakes, and steering are now like new. I did the bodywork from the windshield forward, but haven't touched the inside except for giving it a real good bath. The carpets are the first step towards cleaning up the inside, and what a difference they make already.

Here's a before and after pic.

Looks Good!

Is the firewall "blanket" from SOR to?

Yep. They surprised me with that one.

SOR website says the 3 piece carpet set is $339. Don't know about the firewall cover.

No need to really tear into the interior now, with new door panels, seat upholstery and the carpet kit/firewall blanket, the interiors of the fJ45lv are going to look completely presentable with a bunch of cash and a small amount of effort!!!

Where did that shifter condom go that I saw earlier? I thought for a second it was attached to the carpet set...

The front appears to be molded?

Very kool how the companies who do the carpets make the molds, I spoke with one company who needs the floor pan.

Looks clean.

No, it's not molded, It's good old fashioned cut and stitched. The People that work at SOR in that department do some incredible work.

Wow, this is nice. Just need the floors to the carpet on now :).

Cant wait to be at the stage of interior "decorating".
