New LJ 78 Owner Need Help

I have recently purchased a 1992 LJ 78. I have 2 problems that come to mind at the moment. One is is the headlight washers don't function. I am wondering if I am an idiot and can't find the switch or if they don't work.
The second is the miliage. I seem to be getting around 15/100kms which seems a bit steep even for winter with a bit of fooling around in the snow. on each tank. Any ideas would be helpful thanks. I also need an airconditioning tentioner pully Any Ideas about where I should look for one?

The washers only work when lights are on dip, then press the washer knob on the wipper switch stork.

You're fuel injection system may need work. But a lot depends on fuel quality, tire size, and if you are driving in 4x4.

I am running very close to stock tires withen 4 mills hight and the same width and only in 4 wheel drive when I need it which on hiway has been never. I am wondering if there is a sensor that has gone bad or something of that sort. Also it doesn't shutoff when I shut off the key. I think this is some sort of timer however because all the electronics stay on untill it shuts off. Seems pretty random though. Will try my washers again, but I've tried almost everything already. I wonder if they got screwed up in the daytime running light converison.

Did you check out the manual links in the diesel section? Also, some importers/dealers send out FSM with their vehicles. I think JDM Wholesale was selling FSMs. You can also check with ATEB in Burnaby.
