New LC Addict

So, after months of research, patience, and missing out on a few good LCs, I finally snagged one.

Bought at 112,000 miles, 1-owner who meticulously maintained the LC, including the 90,000 service =)

I've now ran out of errands and excuses to go drive it..., does this feeling go away?

Yah, I'm looking forward to adding custom stuff to it, I'll start doing all of that early next year, I am way too busy right now. =(

Um... Running boards can be removed in about 10 minutes. Do it while it's nice and shiny under there. Dont wait 'till you have mud falling in your face. It sucks. Easily the best mod you can do for free. Makes the 100 look alot lighter and slightly lifted.

Congrats. What year is it? I bought one that looks just like it, wheels and all.

Its a 2002, fully equipped. Only thing I really don't like is the Navigation system..., I honestly prefer the standard dial controlled A/C & heater? The nav thing looks very expensive to repair if it goes out.

Can't be much shorter than my mom and she has trouble getting in on the pass. side but she just grabs the 'oh sh--' handle and muscles her way in. Moms is tough.

If you do decide to remove the running boards, just another FYI, it'll be one of the easiest/cheapest/best looking mods you can do. Wish I had done it sooner AND they just get in the way if you do go off road as they just get in the way and you'll end up tossin' em from damage rather than sellin/savin em.

Congrats....and I hope you realize that for anyone hanging out on Mud that even if you paid cash for your rig it is still just a downpayment on things to come....
