I had this made at a huge nautical suply house in Norfolk VA, a few days ago.
Here are the specs:

30' long
12" spliced eyes on both ends
Cordura linded splices

is it really a snatch strap? how much stretch?

I recal the guy saying the breaking strength was around 55000 pounds.
Its nylon and when I pulled on it, it stretched about 5 feet.

No, I hooked it up to my 40 and our Suburban and yanked it pretty hard.
Also 5' is an estimate, i did not actually measure it.
