Just wanted to do a quick intro. Bought the brother-in-law's '99 Land Cruiser today. Has 123K on it and is in great shape. All maintenance work is up to date, including the timing belt at 100K. I look forward to visiting here and learning as much as I can from you veterns.

Special thanks to Nater-Gator (Go Gators!) for his work on the FSM programming. Worked like a charm and well worth the one day fee to the toytech site.

Welcome to 100 World!

Thanks for the welcome. I have already learned a bunch. I didn't even know the UZJ100 was the official designation of the Land Cruiser.

Past 4x4's were a Grand Cherokee Ltd, a Wrangler, and a H2 Hummer, all of which spent plenty of time in the desert. I really enjoy my ATV in the National Forest, but I don't think anything will compare the the TLC.

You consider an H2 a real off-road vehicle? My lawn mower has better ground clearance.

Welcome!

Agreed, most are pimped, not that there is anything wrong with that. Mine was stock and fairly comfy. In less than a year, things started falling off, rattle and such. Even had to have it towed twice because it would not start. Something to do with the transmission lock out. I would hate to see it with 123K miles on it like my TLC.

Bummer on the H2. Prescott, AZ? Make sure you link up with Mr. Scott Brady for your wheeling adventures. He's one heck of a great guy! J
