My clicker key broke. Are the aftermarkets the same as ordering one from Toyota?

so far I like it. Dude at the local hardware store cut it for me for free.

I also bought an aftermarket key off ebay. cut for $5 at locksmith. The hardware store was too scared to mess it up. So far the key works great!
