Hey there folks!

I'd like to introduce our new drawer design for the GX460. You may have seen our platform already as well (also available for the 460) — the drawers offer a different take on in-vehicle storage.
I'm afraid I don't have photos of the drawers installed in the 460 yet (the build manual is based on the 470 design and adapted to the 460 measurements). Materials cost is roughly $400. Happy to answer any questions about this or any of our other products.

Build manuals for both the drawers and the platform are available for purchase (just avoiding any confusion here) at the links above. All of our build manuals include one-click links to purchase the necessary parts (other than the wood) making this basically a "kit" purchase.

Can you explain why you are using so much wood when the framing is made out of 8020. It seems like the setup is not leveraging the possible benefits of having 8020 framing at least for the drawers.

I’m not sure I follow. The only wood parts are the areas that require surface - the platform top and the drawer bodies. What benefits do you see afforded by 8020 that we’re somehow not taking advantage of?
