I saw about 100 of them in Richmond today. LHD Diesels. Brand new. Unfortunatley they are destined for a mine and eventual burial in northern Saskatchewan :crybaby:

I wonder if they would notice if one was missing :hhmm:

Pics wouldn't attach so I have sent them to the techies for attachment. Hopefully soon.

I want the white one...:D Sweet...if I ever win the lottery I'm gonna spend a significant amount of it having a new troopie legally registered here. :D

Charla, what's the story behind the Agent Orange ala Dukes of Hazard photo in Facebook?

I enquired about them. They are purchased by a commercial Toyota dealer in Saskatoon for the mining company. Like always, not for public sale...unless we order a fleet. Anyone in? I could use 2 for my business.

That is so unfair, here these trucks are going to be abused, not maintained and then buried where we would be willing to buy them from the dealers but the guys won't bring them in. I have an idea, we can buy their precious Fords and trade them for their Land Cruisers, they keep promoting the domestics as suck great trucks but they bring in fleets of these to do the real work.

There are a couple of these out on a farm on Matsqui Pairie off of Townline Rd. I really have to stop sometime and find out how he got them. I suspect they are mine rebuilts.

One of the areas IVOAC is working on is to get Canada to accept UNECE vehicle standards. These standards are accepted all over the world. If the government accepted these standards, then you would be able to import a LC of any age into Canada - even if Mr Toyota didn't want you to.

Well, gather 'round. Once upon a time in a land far far to the NW of Calgary there was an enchanted sand pit in the middle of a forest. A fair maiden riding in her trusty Orange steed happened upon this magical pit one afternoon while out gallavanting around with some of her friends and their trusty rides. It did not take her long to discover that at the edge of this pit there was a large magestic mound that when approached with the adequate amount of speed and grace, allowed her beloved Cruiser and her to launch far far up into the air and sail shoulder to shoulder with the birds before falling gracefully down to Earth again upon a soft billowing pile of sand. Of course, once discovered, the fair maiden insisted on driving and hitting the mound time and time again, each time sailing a little higher and further along the magical pit. Unfortunately, her friends soon grew tired of watching her antics and decided that it was time to leave and continue venturing down the path in the forest. Years later, the fair maiden often reflects upon that wonderful sunny afternoon fondly, knowing that it was indeed, one of the best wheeling days she has ever had.... :princess:

that at the end of umm..No.6 road I think? Least that's where I saw them before anyways.

Yup. South end of No.6 Road is Triangle Road right behind Silver City and Golds Gym.

To think that you can only get these to destroy them in the mines!?!?

Toyota could kill the JDM 'Cruiser market overnight by importing what we want. They already make them! Instead they try to force feed us what we don't want and tease us with trucks like these over on these shores, so near and yet so far.

At least I can get one of these if I really want to in Guatemala.
