New Date for Citywide clean up & party

The clean-up has been rescheduled for the 21st. Rachel will not be able to make it so we need a volunteer to head this up. The schedule will be the same,
just need someone to fill out the report (one page, fill in the blank),
and hand out all the supplies, etc.

Rachel needs to know who is going to take charge of this for us so she can let the
city know if we are participating asap.
