Thread '1972 FST FJ40 Garage Find'

Friend found this in a Culdesac in McKinney thaw house had a 2 car garage with a one car attached. He had never seen the one car opened in ten plus years. One day he noticed it up, and spotted the front end of an FJ40. It took a couple of years, but he finally bought it. I took my trailer with winch and fetched it. It had been in this garage since 1999 with blown motor….24 years. I have had it here since, he was gathering parts. Last October he was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer. He’s doing well, but decided his priorities needed to be more on family etc. So I purchased the truck...
