Just bought new Cooper Discoverer ATP tires, couldn't pass up the price $860 total for 275-70-18, hope I don't regret it. And, today my new 2.5" lift parts showed up, so this weekend its on. OME 2.5 medium load coils for now, OME shocks, and torsion bars, Slee upper control arms new with ball joints, diff drop kit. I also bought new lower control arms from Moog to replace the lower bushings and ball joints. Now I need to be medicated so I can sleep at night because all I have left is bumpers, and I want them NOW!

Nice ! One thing I would add to your setup is @pfran42 clamps for your CVs. I went the same route withe diff drop etc and they still got busted. You may want to reboot (I did for $42 OEM reboot kit per side) and use the Pfram clamps. Dont let your oem CVs go bust bc you will be looking at $600 each to replace. Be advised that aftermarket ones are worthless.
Depending on the miles it may be a good time too to do the wheel bearings (go OEM only they are proven and -as you know- last 100k miles plus).

Hey Congrats!

Thanks, good advise. The previous owner replaced the axles about 10k miles ago. Not sure if they are aftermarket or Toyota, I will check the receipts, maybe the bearings were done also. She had Toyota do most of the work over the years and she was on top of it. I will get the clamps, thanks.

Post some truck pics when you are done. My mother-in-law has those cooper tires on her ranch truck and they seem to be holding up pretty well (run on dirt roads, rocks, mud, salt flats, and mesquite thorns exclusively).

I've got about 3k miles on my Cooper ATP. They've been great on and off road. Price was right too, especially with the $70 rebate they were running a few months ago.
