New '14 LC owner. (Former RR owner)

Hi All,

Picked up a new (to me), 2014 LC on Saturday.

-black / black
-7600 miles
-like new condition
-$67,000 ($82k sticker)

I read some stories of traveling nationwide to save $10k on a new one, but this was in town and exactly what I'm looking for.

What's done is done, but I wanted some opinions as to whether I grossly overpaid or not.

Also, this is my first Toyota, and I am a former RR supercharged owner. Early impressions is that, while not as "fancy" as the RR, the LC more than makes up for it in rock solid construction and overall impeccable fit and finish, perfect panel gaps, etc. This vehicle looks really, really well done. Very excited to gain some knowledge here.

I trade cars semi regularly, as its an enjoyment thing for me, so I don't plan to mod, as I want to keep resale as simple as possible if I decide I want to switch to something else. Thanks!

When I was shopping, I found a few "new" '14's in the PNW that were so-called Toyota Executive cars - never been licensed w/around 3K miles for $10K off MSRP.

Went new for a bit more. LC's are currently one of the slowest selling large SUV 's- guarantees I don't see one coming my way every 5 mins.

Owned older ones purchased new.

Nice ride! Congrats. We just picked up an "executive demo" 2015 LC and love it. Can't wait to hear your longer term impressions in comparison to the RR. If RR had 3rd row, we would have considered it. As it was, we cross shopped with LR4. I think we made the right choice going with the LC.
