Need your Help please.

98 LC with 198000. I'm driving thru Laredo TX to go to Mexico.
This morning the truck decided to not start.
Anti theft light is blinking.
I tried both keys, unlocked and locked doors with the remote and the keys.
Any way to reset this.?
Can I unplug and plug any harness that can let me start it?
Any help is appreciated!

I searched but can not find any answers.
I have an extra EFI relay but that didn't do it.

Maybe disconnect the battery for 20 minutes and try it again? Sorry thats all I've got. the more knowledgeable folks should be waking up soon.

OBD scanner reads "link error".
Is my CEU bad?

Well, I narrowed down to the immobilizer.
How hard is to replace it?
I'm trying to find an honest mechanic that cam plug the computer and confirm my thoughts.
Can a locksmith reprogrammed the ECU or am I missing something here?
