John,

The guy that bought your old truck was Mike. He got that truck running and driving. We cut up the burned 67 and used parts from it and the 65 that I currently have to make your truck a runner and fixed the fender lips. If I remember correctly, he ended up selling your old truck in order to finance a FJ55 which was later sold. In the 18 years I've known Mike he's owned well over 300 cars and or trucks. He love to tinker but easily gets distracted by something else shiny and different. I ended up with this truck as a fluke. Mike was catching flak from the towne of Fountain Hills and it had to go away. He knew that I wanted it real bad, so he gave it to me in trade for a bunch of cruiser parts that he used on your old 45LV, the 55 and a 60 that he had all at the same time. I, unfortunately will never have the time or finances to do what I really want to do to this truck and therefore decided to pass it on.

Gimme a call anytime Jack.

GONE!!!

Did you come back with an empty trailer too?

Almost... but ended up hauling a new pile home instead. The kids dig it and I'm kinda stoked to do some work on it in the next few weeks. thinking about a lift and some 30"muds.

Looks like a good candidate for Pimp my Ride

Transmission and brakes and I'm straight. Everything else I have or can make. Actually thinking of laying this one down on the ground and adding a helper bag to the back for those times when I'm hauling stuff with it. She's a user and I will keep it that way. I've got absolutely no time for any kind of "restoration" anytime soon.
