But I'm shipping my cruiser too. I live in the south and the only rocks I encounter are the what we call sand. Any upgrades I need to make? I've got king coil overs and shocks. A legit spare and good jack. Any ideas are greatly appreciated. I'm staying in ouray and will take any trail that's not crossing a river because I don't have a snorkel. I'm not sure if I can with a charger.

we went several years ago and spent 4 days riding different (easy) trails. Buy this. http://www.barnesandnoble.com/listi...LA-_-Book_25To44-_-Q000000633-_-2691887049725

it was a ton of help to the 4 of us who had never been in the area before. We were in a stock 80 with 33 km2s.
we did black bear pass... like they say its not hard, but there is a pucker factor unlike anything you can get in our part of the world.
I got out to take pictures and proceeded to fall on my butt.

I've driven that area in a stock 200, except for slightly taller AT tires. My avatar is from Breckenridge Peak 10. I followed the same book mentioned above. Besides the LC & book, all you need is basic off road driving skills.

You might consider taller AT tires. Suspension, sliders, etc would be gravy.

Have a great time!
