1999 100 series with OEM skid plate/splash pan.

Its been missing the access panel for the oil drain plug area. Have purchased a new OEM access panel from dealership and unsure how it is held in place with the missing hardware. There appears to be some hardware missing at the mounting area.

Anybody have any pictures of how this is supposed to look/mount?

Also, what are the 2 metal clips/nuts that are on the rear of the skid plate?

Your missing the captive hardware that the bolts thread into to keep the acces panel in place looks like they were torn out when the access panel was ripped off.

You'll need to invent something to hold a nut in the splash pan for the small bolts to thread into. Or vice versa: fasten a bolt in the splash pan pointing down and then thread a nut on to hold the small cover. Or glue the small cover on permanently and plan to take the entire splash pan off when you need access to the oil pan drain. The 2 metal clips/nuts on the rear of the splash pan don't do anything on my LC. They just sit there. Is there any way you could take those off and use them to hold the small cover on?

I have mine sitting behind the house, let me look and see if mine is any different. If I can remove them I will send them to you. I don't think you can buy the parts that you are missing.
