Need paint codes for 55 blue and white (1 Viewer)

I've used search and looked through the paint FAQs but still can't find the right paint codes.

I have a 1976 55 that is blue and white. From the FAQs I believe the white is Cygnus White 012 but I can't confirm the blue color. Sky Blue 854 seems close but I'm not convinced. My 55 was originally red and white but is now painted blue and white and I've fallen for the blue. Since the original color was red and not blue I can't go by the paint codes stamped in the engine compartment.

Does anyone have a blue and white 55 and know the paint code or otherwise know the paint code for this blue?

Paint code for a 76 blue and white pig is 267. 267 is a two tone code for 854 blue and 012 white. Here is a couple threads to look at. The second has the BASF link to do the look up.

The '78 55 we did, "Fresh Pig" post is color code 278. Thats weird that Toyota changed colors (codes) 2 years later.

The only thing I can see Zornff, is that they changed the white in 1978 from 012 to 031. Personally, I like 031 white better...not as refrigerator white.

Yea, the white looks beige almost, until you get it next to a color like blue or red. When we first mixed it, i thought it was wrong, But when i painted a test piece and held it up to the original interior it was a perfect match.

I know what you're saying about the color...looking at the lid after I mixed it...I thought it may be a wee bit too creamy. But I walked out in the sun, held it next to the lid with the blue...and said yes. 012 is just a little too white for me.
