Need help finding stuff under the hood. (1 Viewer)

So I'm about to move down from Annapolis, MD to Charleston, SC and I wanted to tune up my 60 before the drive. I'm also very new to working on cars. I wanted to set the idle speed to 650 and make sure the timing is set to 7 degrees BTDC, and this will be my first time doing either of these things.

While I'm poking around under my hood I notice some vacuum lines that are disconnected and ports that don't have hoses. I think I managed to figure out where most everything goes with some diagrams I found on here but there is one hose connect to the bottom HAC port that I have no idea where it goes. (The picture included is not mine but describes exactly what I found disconnected)

Could some one please either describe or post a picture (preferred since I'm not quite sure what is what down there) of where that hose goes?

Also, I was originally looking for the bolt to loosen so I could rotate the distributor and the screw to set the idle speed on the carb. Could some please describe to me where those are as well or post a picture. Thanks in advance for all the help!

Nowhere...the other end of that hose doesn't attach to anything...it stays open to atmosphere.

Should be 12mm head on that bolt.
