I have an almost identical repair planned for my 2003 100 series and am wondering if your inner fender well was welded in or glued. I need to repair or replace this part too (mine is listed as "Apron Reinforced") and didn't;t know if it requires welding or is joined with seam adhesive. Anyone here know?

On an 80 series the inner fender is “glued” to outer fender with seam sealer and a few bolts. The inner is bolted to the firewall so both are removable.

I’m not sure in the hundred series but I would guess the inner and outer are the same but would check firewall side to determine course of action.

Thanks everyone. I already have all of the replacement parts and am now deciding if I'll do it or take it somewhere. I haven't yet removed the damaged fender and can't tell how the inner apron attaches to the cowl. I can repair myself if I don't have to weld it.
