I'm planning on redoing my wheel wells before winter hits and am not sure what product to use after I seal them up with rust bullet.... Is the original undercoat tar based or something else? I'm looking for the thickest, nastiest stuff out there to keep the Ohio salt at bay. What would you guys reccomend?

I used duplicolor bed-liner in the tub and plan to use it in the wheel wells next year. Other than putting it on too thin the first time, I like it. It's a lot cheaper than duraliner or rhino.

Sheez, I'd say ya pretty much covered it w/ the Rust bullet, already.

(Coming from a guy in AZ, so WTF do I know)

3M Body Schutz. It's sprayed on, you'll need a compressor and gun, the gun shouldn't run over about 40 bucks. Available at auto body paint stores.

Quantity?

Is that for a gallon? do you have pics of the finished product?

No, that's the price for the gun.. As far as I know it comes in quarts, sorry don't rmember the price, maybe around 25 per? Finished is tar like, I have no pix, but it's identical to most factory undercoating product.
