Need a mechanic in Cleveland

Sweet! I've been following the tech forum for a month now and just found this part. The guys in 100 tech and chat haven't been able to help, but I bet one of you guys can...

Anyway, I've got a new (to me) '01 TLC, and I'm looking for a mechanic in the Cleveland area. I want to know if anyone's got a better guy than the dealership can provide. Besides, the dealer's rates are pretty high (close to $1000 for the 90K service). I want this thing to last for a while... actually, I wouldn't mind being buried in it when the time comes, and I'm only 32, so I don't mind spending the $$$, but their prices seem steep.

I live on the east side, but don't mind driving to Akron or even crossing the river to go to The West Side if there's a good shop.

You can check out Rising Sun Automotive located in Munson (Chardon) Route 322 and Bass Lake Road past Alpine Valley. About 15min East of 271 440-285-7100 Harold is the owner he has always been fair to me on big FJ40 repairs that I can not do like gear changes etc.
I have not taken my 100 to him but plan on it down the road. Good Luck

I bet the 100 series 90K service is timing belt, tune up, oil change, new fluids, thermostat, belts, and checking brakes.

You can do that in your backyard...seriously.

Or, just come to Akron and we can do it in mine.

Automotive Specialties, Avon Lake. They were doing a HG today on a 94 LC. Mid high priced but very good. He has done numerous fixes on my 80.

Took them 15 hours. Again #6 cylinder failed. I think they quoted the customer $1400 BTW it was a 93 with 225k mi. Lucky the head was not warped.
