I am in Costa Rica and have a 1991 TLC 80 Series turbo diesel. The 4x4 was not disengaging because the little motor in the actuator stopped working. I was very hard to find a replacement for the 80 series. I was told the 100 series actuator (Part Number 36410-60061) would work and that the wiring could be retrofitted. However, we are having a hard time finding the pig tail for this actuator. Can anyone help me locate this 5 pin pigtail?

You don't need a pigtail, all you need is the connector housing. You need to pull the terminals and their connected wires from the connector housing on your harness and insert them into the new connector housing.

I think the part number you need is 90980-11904, but I have to verify that. I'll take me a while to get under my truck and pull the connector. Maybe someone here has one they can get to quicker.

This is the harness plug for a 100 series center diff actuator. I bought it becauce the lock tab broke off on mine but I haven't installed it yet.

Thank you for the reply but that one won't work as there are two notches inside.
