need 5th wheel hitch installed in pickup - austin

Anyone know a good place to get a 5th wheel hitch receiver installed in a f250? My buddy needs one done before T-day.. he had it lined up but the supplier had a problem getting one in (spillers I think).

On that note.. know a place to get a spray in bed liner done for a decent price?
