Wanted Need 4 speed linkage part 75-78

Hello, was sent linkage for a 4 speed TC by a member here, but was missing the swivel bold that connects the 2 main linkages together. It is a sleeved looking bolt with threads smaller than the sleeved bolt part. I really can’t do much with it until I get that bolt.

As I was riding my bicycle earlier, I was wondering if a shackle pin had the same OD as this pin? That would make fab pretty easy.
