2005 Chinook Concourse 4x4 project
$32,500

This is a project truck that i was converting to 4 wheel drive. It is completely driveable in its
current condition as a two wheel drive as i have not installed a transfer case yet. The front suspension
conversion is completed (hard part) using the Timberline conversion kit. It has a front Dana 60
axle from a 2005 F-350 super duty dually pickup under it. It also has rear brakes from the same truck.
Needless to say with all new parts including hubs, bearings, rotors, calipers, this truck will stop on a dime
compared to other chinooks.

With that said.....
If your old and retired like me and just looking for a truck that you can jump in and go travel the country next week this is not
the truck for you. This is a project that i started that needs completed. It needs a transfercase, driveshafts, transfercase shifter.
Once that part is done the interior needs a complete facelift in the living quarters IMO. This is a project for a younger person that
has some stamina and mechanical knowledge. Not for someone thats retired with no mechanical background and just looking
to get in it and start traveling.
Please dont waste your time and my time kicking tires on something we both know you will never be able to complete.

102,000 miles on 6.8 litre V-10
4R100 transmission
four wheel disc brakes
cruise control
4:10 gears

Reid Racing steering knuckles
Weldtec 6" progressive rear leaf springs
new front progressive springs (MOOG)
Timberline 6" 4x4 conversion
FOX 2.5 inch remote reservoir shocks front and rear
hellwig front swaybar
roadmaster rear swaybar
12,000 pound winch
offroad bumper
BFG KO2 tires
2021 Dodge ram 3500 dually wheels
13.5" front and rear brake rotors
new calipers front and rear
new brake pads front and rear
new brake lines front and rear
new park brake cables
new backing plates and park brake pads
new rear bearing hubs
new hub bearings and seals
Dutchman custom rear axle shafts 30% stronger than OEM axles
Spyntec free spin kit
new start battery
new radio
new heater blower motor & resistor
all new tie rods
new tracbar
new drag link
steering box
kelderman steering stabilzers
EMF rebuildable ball joints
Renogy 200 watts solar panels and controller
Dometic Penguin 2 air conditioner
New Onan 4000 watt generator
2021 Toyota Sienna front seats
6 way electric seat bases passenger and driver side
2013 front clip

also have original front clip and jack knife sofa and several other parts that go with the truck.

Interior living quarters will need redone to your liking, all cabinets remain inside the truck however i removed the dinette
as well as the refridgerator. My plan was to redo all of the cabinets and install a 12 volt/ 110 volt marine refridgerator and cook top
to eliminate the need for propane.

Note: this truck does not have any lift blocks to create lift, the lift is 100% spring. There is no Moryde setup on this truck.
this truck does not utilize any wheel adapters of any kind. It utilizes 2005 Ford f-350 superduty rear hubs. It does not utilize the junk Ford
unit bearing on the front axle, it has a Spyntec free spin hub kit on it. The 2005 F-350 superduty brake rotors are 13.5" inches in diameter
which gives it more than enough stopping power.

This truck comes with multiple boxes of of various parts, consoles, running boards, bumper cover, fenders, hood, brackets, coil springs, original generator, spare gas tank, air suspension system, and more to numerous to recall. Its fastest to just email me if you are interested as i spend very little time on this forum.

This truck was a project of mine that will need to be completed by the purchaser. You can drive it home, however it needs a complete alignment not just the usual half an alignment done by 90% of the shops in this country. Adjusting toe in/out and adjusting the drag link is NOT a complete alignment.
According to Timberline and other Offroadd shops this truck should have approximately 4 to 5 degrees of caster with camber set as near to zero as possible.

I am no longer physically able to complete this project so my loss is your gain. My body can no longer handle the kind of physical demands required to complete the truck and i am caring for my 84 year old mother who has cancer and two dogs full time. Being realistic at age 63 i simply will never be able to complete this project on my own.
