Who knows of any good fabrication shops in NC?

I know of one in Boone, but that's basically 4 hours away.

I'm looking for one in the RTP area. Like Raleigh.

Someone who can make bumpers, slider, cages, racks, body work, cutnturn etc.

I've asked around at a few local weld shops and they're pretty much clueless even though they are willing to do it.

Fabrication shop

Could you let me know of the shop in Boone. I am in Raleigh.

I think it's called High Mountain something, it's right on King Street/321 I believe just as you roll into Boone from Raleigh.

If I run the Watauga tomorrow I'll be driving past it and will get accurate info, not sure the wife's gonna let me boat tomorrow though.

I did run 10.38 miles in Umstead today, might opt to add a few more trail miles tomorrow instead of boating if the wife says I have to stay local to Raleigh.

Gotta get the time down and loose more weight, it took me 1 hour and 46 minutes mixing single track and gravel. Not that I was in a rush. Down to 222, shooting for 215 this year so I can run a Marathon. Assuming I don't injure anything again.

Another for RnR Fabrication. Rich is the Toyota guy and Rob is the Jeep guy...both are great guys to deal with.

Try Terry Morefield in Winston-Salem. He builds serious off road cruisers. I'll try to find his number - he's located on the south end of town near Hanes Mall.
