AAA in California will do all your dmv stuff for you... skip the lines and the headache.

Lucky you... most likely a crap shoot. I think Quinton had the same thing happen to him but he just sent back the tags and didn't pay the fine. I paid it in the end so if I ever for some reason move back there I don't have to deal with whatever the fine would balloon up to.
