got this as a throw in today with the purchase of some other tools. seller did not know what it was. i think it may be some kind of light gauge tube bender. any guesses? anyone know how it works?

The cogged plate and handle are intriguing. Maybe some sort of crimping mechanism? The tube bender theory looks good, especially with the bent tube in there. Is all that stuff definitely together, or might it be a mixed lot?

tube bender.

the plate drives the grooved bar around the dies in the center.

pretty cool mini bender actually.

It would work well for bar stock most likely..

Go build a RC car cage ;)
