The shop was too empty after selling the Troopy so I upgraded my BBQ Pit !

My old pit would cook (4) 12-14 lb briskets. This bad boy will cook 14-16 briskets in the main pit (8' x 30"). The Charcoal Grill is 4' x 2' and slides out to the side of the rig to cook the corn/potatoes/onions/steaks/hd's, etc... Two gas burners on the front for fish fry/beans/stew, etc...

KLOSE Pits (BBQ Pits by Klose - Houston, TX) is the builder. My pit is TINY compared to some of his other masterpieces. Check them out at his web site.

Now....if only someone would plan a Cruiser Outing....say on the river up in Bonham ?

Round Up dinner served

That looks awesome. Looks like the Round Up's meal plan has been solved.
