I am getting ready to work on this thing again, I should be good to starts once I finish putting a wood stove in my garage.I should have it in by this weekend
I have 2 things that I need some info about from you experts.
1- transfer case
The stock one I am using compined with my rearend ratio gets me somthing like 61:1 in LO range.
How low can I change that transfer case, where are the best deals for the gears any info and help will be appreciated.
1- I am thinking to use a rear pto, and a transmission to gear up to get enough speed for my haydrolics regarding a 3point hitch.
The transmission will be backwaros so the output shaft will be hooked to the pto and the input shaft will drive my hydrolics.
The aim is to run a 3ph and a lawn mower in the back.
Feel free to come up with other ideas of doing this and thanks for any feed back.

that looks good i have a 3 point hitch on my 46 willys and it has a belt driven govenor to keep engine speed constant .and it has a hand throttle to set speed, with your low gearing maybey a belt driven pump off the engine would be easier.trying to maintain a steady speed without a govenor is not easy and this is my opinion only .i dont think toyota ptos are made to run constant like that but who knows good luck
