So I just got this in tonight, my buddy built this rig to go on a world tour. He never made the trip but spent years building this 79 HJ45 with H diesel. He took most every nut and bolt off, went thru engine, purchased a turbo from Aus, added 5 Speed went thru transfer case, upgraded drive shafts axles, ARB lockers, winch Inverter, air pump for lockers and tires, water pump/filter and storage tank, two fuel tanks. I found it in Florida but couldnt purchase it at the time had to go back to Afghanistan, so I told him about it. Spent many evenings helping him. Watching it progress. His plans changed and called me to offer it for sale. He's done alot to it since I left Florida very little miles on it runs bang up! Im looking forward to diving back into it remember all the little details he designed and built. More pictures when its not pouring rain.
