My new to me 2005 gx470 Sport

Looks nice! How are you liking the SL3B-L Bluetooth kit? Does it handle the handsfree calling and audio streaming or just streaming?

I have the factory bluetooth but it is sketchy and doesn't always work consistently. I'm looking for some other option for bluetooth that includes streaming.

It just handles the streaming. So my phone connects to the Lexus hands free link and the SL3B-L. It also enables keeping the CD changer which is why I bought this over the others. It works very well for streaming and allows factory controls over the MD(minidisk source). I've had it installed for about 3 weeks and no problems what so ever.
