Is it possible to rebuild the tcase still in the truck?

I guess you could, but it would be a PITA. If you drop the transmission and transfer case for that might as well swap in an H55f - 3FE and H55f is a great combination.

And the blue is great!

Nice truck! Agree with the H55 swap. Only issue is the 6k price tag. Not sure I want to invest that much into my 62 right now.
