I thought some people might be interested in seeing what is involved.

Is that the Warn 12K you dropped in the front? I just dropped one in mine here recently and man is it a tight fit. Still not really happy with the control box placement and thinking of options.

Its only the M8000. I found it in the local classifieds for pretty cheap. It was only used about 15 times. If I had to go out and buy one I would of gotten the 12K. The 8K fits in with lots of room to spare. I already have a snatch block for it.

Also wondering what everyone here does to "lock" there winch into there bumper. I as thinking of tack welding the bolts holding it in. I would not want someone to walk off with it one night. It would be very easy to steal.
