My 2003 LX470 generator always bad (1 Viewer)

Hello Everybody:

Last year I bought a 2003 lx470, I am very happy I can own it, but from 2022 I found some oil leak to generator, and the generator was bad, so I changed 1 generator and it becomes bad after 3 month, I ask a repair shop to check, they tell me the power steering pump leak, So I change the generator, power steel pump and a power steering hose, now the generator was bad again, I found the oil leak again, and I confirm it was not the engine oil, but power steering pump was new, I don't know where leak, can someone helps me ?

Two things.

Are you using a good branded power steering oil? Cheap oil will leak. Post a picture of the leak.

You probably used a non toyota alternator.

Post up some pics as best you can - in focus and showing the leak. In lieu of that, thoroughly clean the area and wait for the leak to start again then trace it back to the source.

The alternator is toyota original, and I will try to use branded power steering oil and if I have time, I will post a pics, thank you very much
