Yes I'll be up there. Just one 40 this time. Might be some snow melt way up high but fairly dry otherwise.
The rule for trail closures is anytime they get 3 or more inches of rain in a 48 hour period, the trails are closed for 72 hrs.
I'll check tomorrow to see what they have in current trail maps for the area.

Ill be up there in the morning meet ya at the air strip ......chance of showers forcasted possibly .....should be some snow at the very top of hull mountain if your camping at oak flat keep in mind there is now a fee

Also if you stop in at the potter valley store they have the new mendocino forest maps think they are $12 to $14

UPPER LAKE RANGER DISTRICT: The OHV Trail Systems are open, conditions permitting. OHV maps for the Upper Lake area are now available. Call the Off-Highway Vehicle information phone line for current conditions: 707-275-1430. Most roads are very muddy so travelers should use extreme caution.

The camping fees are $16.00 per site per night, with the exception of Oak Flat, which is $10.00 per site per night. More information on Pacific Gas & Electric campgrounds is available by calling 916-386-5164. Please remember that camping in Lake Pillsbury basin is allowed only in designated campgrounds. The following campgrounds are closed for the season: Sunset, Navy Camp, Fuller Grove, and Pogie Point. Oak Flat campground is currently charging $5.00 instead of $10.00 because the water has been turned off.
