Okay, I want bigger mud flaps because the factory ones are not up to snuff in my opinion. I also want to extend just the lip of the arces about an inch or so, so that dirt and debris doesn't get on the body and cause damage. I would like some suggestions what plastic to use. I want to make the both from one piece of what ever I make it out of. Something like what is pictured only flat from the bottom about an inch or so. I have a buddy who has it on his 100 but I don't have pictures and his 100 is somewhere in Brazil.

Rally style mudflap can be easily made using truck mudflap. Or buy from JAOS😉

You can find universal stick on fender extension on eBay and Amazon. They usually don't look good.
NYTOP are working on wider fender flares.

I've seen those mud flaps but they are very expensive. I don't want fender flares, I just want a flat piece of plastic that will extend the lip out about an inch or so.

You could make your own using desk pad material from IKEA.😉

This fender extension might be the one you looking for.

There's dozens of available self adhesive strips that would do what you want. Just need to pick the profile you like. I would look for something already made with self adhesive double sided tape for ease of installation. I used the product similar to the link below for my UTV for this purpose because I wanted a wider profile. Fender Flares - https://ezlip.com/products/fender-flares I also added self tapping screws to install because it's a UTV and I just don't really care about the body of it. The material is more rubbery than hard plastic. Works well, stays pliable in very cold weather, and keeps a lot more mud off of me.

There's a million different shapes and profiles you can choose from if you look around at non-automotive uses and adapt to automotive depending on the look you want. Self adhesive water barriers for example:

I also use these on my UTV for additional mud protection. They're $25 for a pair and have a ton of coverage. Downside is that they are brittle when cold. I've broken one of them with relatively minor flex in sub zero temp loading it on the trailer.
