OK overall Say a

IroK 39.5x 13.5x 16.5
MTR 40x 12.5 x 17

FOR all around wheeling.. not just Mud or rocks but inclued road use too...

Also on the IROK Bias VS Radial...

i went with the irok bias ply
they were a whole lot cheaper than the mtr's
and i wanted to be just like MACE ;) (ACCEPT I'M NOT GAY):D

i just bought the 40" MTR's.... i'll keep ya posted. they are supposed to have about the toughest sidewall available

I would take the MT/Rs on the road, the Iroks in the mud, and call it a draw on dry rocks (maybe slight advantage to the Iroks). As mentioned, I think that the Iroks cost significantly less. You don't have a lot of wheel options in 16.5 (other than Hummer rims) but I think that Interco makes the same size Irok for a 17" rim.
