Install is under way and discovered new brakes are in definitely needed. I just ordered some F/R frozen rotors with lts pads to give it a little more stopping power

I'll be interested to see front tire clearance with the Tundra swap and the Fuel rims (I'm assuming 20mm offset?) Looks really awesome so far. I've been putting off lower offset rims with the thought that the tundra swap might be in my future and I didn't want to get too wide...

yes sir 20+ mm offset. I am expecting some rubbing, trying to go without the KDSS relo-bracket. I will definitely let you know how it goes. The Kings are still resting and being tweaked

Any up dates on this build ? I’m gathering parts right now , I see you got your Kings from Filthy , I see you went 2.5 coils were 700 lbs ? Are they stock Tundra length , I know they have a option for 2.5 longer and did you have to use any spacers for lift .

Likewise. This was a huge build and was interested in hearing how it all came together.

The build is done and battle tested. I did go with 700 lb coils, stock length and no spacers. I did just re-gear to 488s after snapping a rear axle on the Rubicon. I would recommend going with 488s if you are going 35s.

Your east coast ... I moved from California and sold just about everything including I had 1 JK Genright and 1 full Genright buggy , I’m up in PA/NJ just outside Philadelphia . I was doing a lot of UTV / Quad riding Pa has a lot of slag coal hills and Jersey has lots of sand just different from out west .
This is my 2nd 200 it’s basically brand new , sunk my 2017 in NJ sand like crazy in stock platform was fine on hard pack but defiantly needs a up grade to deal with the off .The new one is a 2019 .
You build looks awesome , I’m suppose to place my order with Filthy today , I just heard back from them last night .
Did you have to do any heavy preload adjustment on the Kings for the extra weight up front , I am also doing the 700 lb springs up front .
What rear spring did you run with the rear bumper ? I did see you used Crowne extended brake lines , did they have a LC application or are you running Tundra ?
Looks great buddy .

Thanks man. I did a heavy preload due to all of my armor weight. I recently upgraded my rear springs to the trail tailer tour flex heavies (love them). My rear shocks are Kings lc200. I did go with crown 200 series SS extended lines (4”+) stock. 🍺

I would have thought the 700lb front springs would have handled the bumper and winch with minimum preload , I’m doing the TJM and 9000 warn winch .
I have Filthy calling me back today , most likely going similar to your setup , I did email Ben with the basics I was looking , I was wondering about the remotes if they will build Tundra set with the same hose and mount setup for the LC .
I may do the Cerakote , I don’t plan on running they LC in salt but never know the King shocks don’t weather well .
