If I remember correctly, it was just the bottom shock plate and the holes in the axle where the center pin goes through. I don't think I had to do anything else. I did TRE's and RBE's at the same time.

I was told if you buy the Man a Fre U-bolt flip kit they have predrilled extra holes in the bottom plate to move the axle forward already.

yes they do, i have em, works good, its not quite an inch tho, (20mm i believe) so i think thats why it works well with little to no interference issues
