I've got another plan... Move to Prescott
We really don't give a da.......mn!
When it gets over 90, we just open the doors and let the breeze blow through! It rarely gets over 80 in the house. We are adverse to living in an enclosed fridge like vegetables. We will not be closed off from our environment. We prefer to be a part of our world.
I made the decision to leave the City, come hell or high water. We made the decision to move with concerns. I had to leave the center of family life. Most of everything that I had done had been centered in the City for 35 years. I watched the Valley grow. I had a real career. I had a long list of regular clients. I had to give up all of that and start over.
Three years later, I have a long list of regular clients. Every one of them refuses to deal with anyone but me. It is all the same. I just don't do Jap cars anymore. I do houses.
In any place, business is what it is. People trust you for the same reasons everywhere. If they don't trust you, you are the problem.
I spend much of my time inside people's homes when they are not there. I make friends with their pets and then destroy the home. That's my job! Then I put it back the way that they want it.
Without my clients' real trust, I can't do my job.

Tell me how that works.....ambinet temperature is 90* you open the door and let it blow through your house and it becomes 80*

Evaporation dumbass... It feels 80 cuz it's really 95 and your sweating your ass off layin there in bed wishing you didn't have such a mad case of batwings down stairs so when the wind blows through and evaporates the sweat from the hairy beanbag the effect of evaporation actually cools the jewels a bit making it feel like 80 as opposed to the actual temp of 95.
