We have rescued several other people at the same spot over the years. Several years ago during the Christmas tree cutting support, a guys trailer pivoted over the edge while still attached to the truck. We rigged up a snatch block arrangement and winched his trailer back up and helped him get out. That lower bank can be loose and easy to slip off of.
On Another note, welcome TK 470 to the club and your first trip. It was great to have you come along with us.

Thank you to everyone for the warm welcome and great company this weekend. I enjoyed grabbing tacos with Dave and Nathan, and I appreciate everyone's generosity to help the new guy get squared away with some extra food (thanks Vic!) and air (thanks Jared!). I'm looking forward to the next ride.
