hi, is that VCV part California approved? and do you have any info showing how it is installed? thanks

I don't know if it is California approved. The Fj60 came from Colorado. It is currently sitting in a box in my garage, as all of the parts were taken off the motor while I was swapping it into my 40.

I do not. My 40 didn't have an air cleaner when I bought it. The 2f I swapped in has the cleaner from an 84 Fj60, which I'm not using.

I don't know exactly which bracket you're looking for, but various parts have brackets on them. For example, here is another angle of the Air Bypass Valve.

Do you have a picture/part number of the bracket you're talking about?
