I have two Warn 8274 winches that I rebuilt for sale.
winch one- painted darker gray has a new DB Electric motor, New Albright solinoid pack, $1500
Winch two- painted aluminum color, has a new Albright solinoid pack. Has the original Warn Electric motor. The brushes were good. And the motor did not show a lot of use. Asking $1,500
both winches have steel cable that I had take off and inspected. Some wrap deformationsnd and each cable had a one strand burr.
Both have new covers.
Both are painted with Duplicolor Engine enamel with Ceramic, which is a high temperature paint. Both have a clear coat top coat. This should make for a durable long life finish.
they are just too heavy to ship, unless you want to make the arrangements

I have a controller for each and a fairlead for each. The new fairlead goes with the aluminum colored 8274.
the used fairlead goes with the dark gray 8274.
Both controller’s are the same.
