Missing Trim Piece easy to replace?

You guys know if this is an easy trim piece to locate/replace? Any idea of cost for OEM replacement?

It's in the roof rack, left side, rear.

I just had to research and buy both rear pieces for my 03 LC. I used this website to research the part# http://tps.toyotaofdallas.com/partlocator/index.cfm?siteid=214074

Best price I could find was using this site: http://toyotapartsestore.com/
My local dealerships were quoting me $90 per piece, this webiste was at $55 per piece.
